Now this blog already user Wordpress 2.5 and it is very easy to upgrade it from Wordpress 2.0.x. I just need less than 10 minutes to upgrade 3 blog http://review.aslimalang.com, http://blog.andieko.web.id, and this site http://andieko.web.id.

What I do is only extract the Wordpress 2.5 into my web folder and delete all the files and folder in my wordpress except wp-content folder and files : wp-config.php, robot.txt, sitemap.xml 

Don’t you worry about all the plugin you made or from others, even if you have plugin from some website and it was registered in wordpress you can upgrade it automatically from your admin. With this Wordpress 2.5 we won’t needed coding anymore. Great Application. Bravo Wordpress.
