Dropdown BlogRoll on Wordpress

Friend of mine Mbah DIPO like to create his blogroll look like pulldown menu or dropdown. So i create it for him. You can see in this link. The Function is like get_link in standard code wordpress and it’s inspired by dorpdown_cats on Wordpress. I hope Wordpress include this function on the next version.
