I’d like to announce to new themes that I used to this blog andieko.web.id. I grab this themes and download it from Jauhari Themes and its called Pemuda. At the first release 1.0 still has several bugs, after I give him some suggestion then he upgrade the wordpress themes to Pemuda ver 1.2.
Personally I like this themes lite version, I’m not trying yet the Pro version, and here’s the what’s in it :

Till now I still customizing the widget and putting some stuff to make it beauty and of course I still need some help from the themes owners. I hope you enjoy this blog with the new themes.

I have just install this Google Picasa from google it self. Google provide a debian package to install Picasa directly to Linux Ubuntu. Actually Picasa run under Wine and I have already wine at my linux so it doesn’t has many problems to do this. If you really want to install just download it right here at Google Picasa.
Who need a large software, I believe majority company needed. According to my opinion, there are three models company that needed a Software. One, They has IT Department who develop all their software, the reason is this company complicated with many unique rules that doesn’t standard like many company or some International rules. Second, The company also has IT Department but they didn’t develop by them self but they bought a CRM Software for their lead management and the IT maintain. This company usually has a standard rules like many companies. And Three, The company doesn’t has IT Deparment so they really need a standard software and customer relationship management to maintain all their activities.
I’d like to explain my opinion about who need a CRM Software. A company need s software because they want to increasing their productivites and of course to earn more. With a software they can maintain their Production, Sales, Purchasing and also their finance, so they can make fast decission and make their company bigger and more. I think there many company with standard operation and needed CRM software, it’s a good oportunity too for you the software developer company to reach all those company who needed a standard software. But, even it’s so standard, there are always need a cusomizing inside the software. So, you must prepared for this condition too. I hope the company pick the perfect software and the software developer, build the best product and good Services.

I don’t know when this update happened but when I try to chat with my friend I’ve got this kind of chat box of my Yahoo Messenger 9.0 Beta. I have some personal profile on my Yahoo, suddenly I found it inside the new task of Yahoo Messenger 9.0 Beta and I can choose on of them to chat with.
I used to chat with someone but when I try to make a chat with my other profile I should sign out first from my Yahoo Messenger and Log in again with my other profiles.
This facility very useful when you have several profiles in your yahoo account. Great application Yahoo Messenger and I’m waiting this Yahoo Messenger 9.0 Beta will released.

Do you know Microsoft Project or other application that has the same purpose with it. Yes, in my office I use to work for use those application and it is really helping us to develop and manage all our works. But lately we have a problem with Microsoft licenses and we have to uninstall all application which doesn’t has the license from the vendor.
These condition was really hard for us to continue our works, because we already relay on those application and now we must back to the old fashion and it does manually. All our work get massed up and we got several complain from user because our work not on schedule and many more things to do to work out all the projects.
But fortunately it doesn’t go for a long time and finally I found this Free Software actiTIME and we try the demo on the web. This application can full fill the some of our works. Indeed it’s not like full Microsoft Project but We use this application for Time Management and Its FREE. A company can manage all their worker activity and managers can monitoring all the worker under his controlled. We use to get meeting on Monday and result meeting on Friday. This Free actiTIME can help us to manage all the activity regularly and it’s really simple.
I like to use actiTIME at my office because we have several Operating System like Microsoft Windows XP, Linux, and OSX. So, this condition we can’t use Desktop Application even we’ve already try to develop. Then we download actiTIME Free Time Management Software and it build web base. We can controlled all the activity on anywhere, because all that we need is a browser and Internet connection.
The Installation was quite simple especially if we already user friendly with Microsoft product, but if you don’t want to use Windows as your server, actiTIME also provide it for you. You can use Linux with some system requirement to make the software works like Java SDK and Apache Tomcat. We try to installed on Windows Server 2003 with MySQL as the database server. It’s run smoothly and user not having much trouble with this application because it’s user friendly. If you have a question or confuse with this application you can easily to find the answer in the documentation of the actiTIME website or you can submit a question to them. Well, interesting with this actiTIME Free Time Management Software then try for yourself and proof it.
It’s fascinating when we have found someone we’re never met before. Yes, I found another Easterntex Graduated. I use to work in a Textile Company at Pandaan, East Java, Indonesia. The name is PT. Easterntex at the address KM. 50 Pandaan – Surabaya, Indonesia. I worked there about 2 years since October, 2001 to February, 2004. My job was in IT Support and it’s new section in this PT. Easterntex, because these company start to grow to become larger company and needed an IT TOUCH to handle all the process that can support management decision and more effective movement from the Company strategy.
I met so many people in these company and every month I met them when they got payed at the first month. It’s so exited and new experience to me. I think it’s about 1,200 people worked in PT. Easterntex and I just can’t figured it out how to handle all these people 
I like the Slogan at this company “We are the champion in the world“. At the first time I worked, I can’t believed that slogan, It’s like a dream to me. How can this company to become the champion in the world but they has a small company and they has on around 1,200 employee. But after I look deeper and get involved with their activity finally I got the answer and this is really a great LOA (Law Of Attraction) methods.
Well, I’ll try to make another story about this company later, but I want to share how happy I am found another Easterntex Graduated. Why I called him a Graduated, because he’s already finish worked at PT. Easterntex. I found this man from Slamet Widodo Blogs a BloggerNgalam from Tuban The name si Agus Naim and here’s his blog. Previously, he worked at PT. Easterntex since 2007 in Spinning Department. He’s a machine engineer at that department. I don’t know the specific his job description but I know a little part of jobs at Spinning Department. Now he worked at Bentoel Group but still don’t the specific part of those jobs 
but I hope I can keep contact with by mail or Kopdar.
